If there ever was a time to pray, the time is now. If our prayers are connecting two worlds, we can go to God on behalf of our nation. “If my people, which are called by name , shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” II Chronicles 7:14. Would you agree that our land needs healing? Then pray!

 

What about your family – is everyone saved? Is everyone well? Is everyone on target? Then pray!

Are you experiencing the presence of God daily? Do you recognize His voice? Do you know His Will for your life? Then pray!

 

We encourage you to spend time every day in personal devotion with God. It doesn’t have to be long but it should be focused and intentional.

 

Begin your time with praise, adoration and thanksgiving. Learn to tell God how much you appreciate Him and all He has done for you! Confess and repent of any sin or things you have done wrong. Intercede for others…asking God for His Will to be done in their lives. Seek His direction for the day. Worship and praise Him with a heart of thanksgiving.
